How can we help?
Write to us and a person will answer, usually within two business days.
Getting started
- Add a clock. Tap + on Today. Give it a name, choose medicine or task, and pick how often it repeats.
- Turn on reminders. Choose a reminder 15 minutes before, one when it’s due, and nudges if you miss it. iPhone asks for permission the first time.
- Log it. Tap Took it or Done on the card. If you’re late, say when you really took it and whether the next dose counts from then.
- Check how it’s going. Reports shows on time, late and skipped for each clock. Export report for my doctor shares a plain file.
- Change the interval any time. The old schedule moves to Archive with its record; nothing is erased.
Common questions
I didn’t get a notification.
Open Settings › Notifications › Quietmere and check that Allow Notifications is on. Focus modes can also hold reminders back; add Quietmere to the allowed apps.
What happens when I travel to another time zone?
An “every 8 hours” reminder keeps its 8-hour spacing. A daily reminder at 9:00 moves to 9:00 local time.
Why does a skipped dose lower my completion?
Completion shows how many scheduled doses you actually took. A skip is a dose not taken, so it counts.
Can I move my data to a new iPhone?
Yes. Restoring your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup brings your reminders and history with it.
How do I delete my data?
There is no account to delete. Stop a clock in its setup to remove it from Today, or delete the app to remove everything from your iPhone.
Does Quietmere sync with iPad or another phone?
No. Quietmere 1.0 works on one iPhone and keeps everything on it.
Is Quietmere a medical device?
No. It is a reminder app. Always follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions for your medicine.
